Shipping and Delivery

Producing on demand is a chance for you to buy exactly what you want, and for us to only produce what’s needed. Our pre-order model is possible because of our lean supply chain and our flexible production.

To maintain a good production flow, we combine pre-order windows and online stock products in limited quantities.

After you order you will receive a confirmation by email.

The delay of delivery can be between two days and two weeks, depending of the numbers of orders and of the overload of work. The maximal delay of the dispatch is 2 weeks from the day of the order.

For the most part, we ship NATIONWIDE.

The shipping fees are calculated at the basket.

 

 

Payment

The payments are made on the website by card and are done safely thanks to the PayU platform.

 

 

Returns

Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition (unworn, in bag and with all tags attached) will be eligible for a full refund.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a full refund. Size exchanges will be honored provided the desired size is still available. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Please contact merch@summerwell.com to initiate an exchange or return. Packages sent without contacting will not be accepted.

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period in acceptable condition (e.g., unworn, unaltered, with original tags, etc.) will be refunded to the original form of payment minus the shipping cost on returns.

Please allow up to 14 days from the time your return is received for your refund to be processed.

Please note original shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will receive an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued.

 

 

Sizing & Care

 

All Summer Well merchandise is unisex unless otherwise stated.

Colors may run during wash. To avoid this, wash your itme alone for the forst wash and with like-colors after that.

To conserve energy, we recommend washing your items in cold water and hanging them to dry.
